Where it all began

The spark that sent me into a travel storm.

Welcome. I am Saundretta James. I like to explore! I would say that I am a "traveler," but truthfully, I am an explorer. I do not simply want to fly into an exotic land, eat the food, drink and post pics. I want to know the people. I want to learn history. I want to become part of this place. Then, I want to leave a piece of myself behind. I take the place into myself. I bring it back and share! This is my destiny. I hope that as you read, you'll learn to do the same. Leave some of yourself. The good parts of course! Bring something back that you didn't have to pay for. Maybe even form a new friendship. I hope that you will feel inspired to explore the World.

Destined to explore and share!

I was not only destined to explore. I was commissioned to share all that I have seen, felt, smelled, sensed, etc. All the senses. Much deeper though!

Learn about new places. Going deeper each time I visit.

I like to visit a place several times. I like to do this because each time, I can go deeper. It's simply a way that I feel that I have "lived," in the land for a bit! Then, when I leave, I can say that I truly enjoyed myself. However, I am not there to steal away! I want to leave something too! This blog is part of this. I want the readers here to understand that when we enter into someone else's land, it is a sacred space. What are we going to leave behind for others to cherish, of ourselves? Just a question I like to ask myself. Finally, how deep can I go while I am there? This is up to me. Enjoy!
